    Hello,

    My name is Jerrime Castle and I am looking for some representation in assisting me to find some locations for a startup business I am beginning.

    I already have a Business Plan and Financials completed and have been working with the SBA to find a line of credit to begin this venture although I have been held up for some time now trying to find a location that would work with me. I don’t really want to apply for the loan until I have a location willing to work with me.

    The plan is to start a drive thru coffee business. We would feature high end espresso drinks as well as local bakeries pastries. Our main focus would be morning commuter traffic although we would supplement the afternoons by offering fruit smoothies and other fun specialty drinks.

    This business would reside in an already existing lot. Typically a strip mall or plaza or even gas stations that have enough extra parking space. The stands are roughly 10ftx23ft and would preferable require drive up service on both sides. I also know that one of these businesses doesn’t seem to have a lot of incentive, however the plan is to open multiple sites all throughout Central and South Texas. One site may not seem worth it however, 20 sites would.
