    We had the pleasure of working again with Mark on our last commercial transaction and the results were phenomenal. His patience, experience and negotiation skills were incredible and he really went above and beyond in handling our investment. When in doubt and you’re trying to find the right realtor who not only will help you buy or sell a property, most importantly you need to find someone who is ethical, trustworthy, honest, and experienced and Mark is just that and more. He is well connected in his community and networked on a regular basis (with those in town and even out of town)throughout the transaction to seek out and find the right buyer to help us sell our investment. We refer him on a regular basis to other investors seeking properties from corporate, medical and legal establishments and even to smaller investors seeking retail properties and even those looking to buy homes in the area.     We are looking to purchase a 15,000 to 20,000sf building to serve as office and warehouse space. The split would be around 2,500sf office with the remainder of high bay warehouse for manufacturing of filtration systems.We would also be open to purchasing land and building a metal type building.
