My experience is in the purchase, sale and development of a variety of real estate properties including ~ residential, office, industrial, land and retail properties. Licensed Broker Associate.

Currently I am focused on the Commercial Real Estate Sales of office and industrial sites, and Buyer’s Representation Services for Clients including Bartlett Cocke General Contractors, Hill Partners, Dynamic Systems, Sunterra Landscape and others (click here for detail) in the purchase of investment, and commercial properties.

Previously managed development of office buildings, shopping centers, and a residential master planned community including land purchase due diligence, entitlements, utility extensions & commitments, easement acquisition, platting, development agreements, and the management of the design and construction process.

My family has lived in Austin since 1993 and in NW Austin since 2004.  We are active with our Church and youth sports organizations.

I am on the Board of Directors at Northwest Pony Baseball and have been involved with NW Baseball since 2003.  Previously I’ve coached NW Austin Flag Football, Soccer, Basketball and Pop Warner Football.

I am the Chairman of the Building Committee and teach Religious Education
at St. Theresa, Catholic Church .


Professionally I’m a member of the the Texas Association of Realtors,

the Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors,

and I’m a Certified Commercial Investment Member CCIM Trainee.


I am a graduate of Texas A&M

with a B.S. in Building Construction (1985)
and an M.S. in Construction Management (1987)

    Dear Mark –

    I represent and am part of a small family investment group that has just finishing a sale of investment property in the SOMA section of San Francisco; it was not yet fully improved and income producing and thus we chose to sell. We are looking to complete a 1031 exchange for property in the Austin area. We are prepared to spend on property(ies) up to $15 million, and we are sitting on $10,000,000 in cash; we must commit to spending the majority of the cash in the next 30 days.

    Our focus is upon stabilized office, retail and mix-use properties. While we are not looking for turnaround situations, we do have capital available for improvements if the property is well leased and upside potential exists with further capital improvements. We prefer prime locations.

    We are happy to support a robust commission to your firm if you can identify the right property(ies) for us. If this does not fit with your services, perhaps you can suggest someone who might assist us.

    We currently have no contacts in Austin. We would be prepared to sign an exclusive agreement with your firm if the fit is right. I have been to Austin several times and believe it provides a unique investment opportunity.

  1. I am a forty plus year developer, broker, investor, builder in Central Texas based in Lakeway.

    I am writing to bring selected brokers attention to my subject project in Marble Falls / Horseshoe Bay, Texas.  Please click on http://www.deercreekcenter.com which is devoted solely to these projects.

    One corner  is  2 acres while the other is 3 acres.  All utilities are available through The City of Marble Falls on site.  Both sites are 1.0 mile from downtown Marble Falls and .8 miles from Horseshoe Bay.  Detention and filtration are included in the price ($12.00psf). 

    The NEW La Quinta and Holiday Inn Express are less than one mile north and we believe that our site is prime to build a hotel on given it’s location and the Horseshoe Bay / Marble Falls market.
