- Home sales totalled 1,780 vs. 1,673 homes, a +6% increase.
- The median home price was $185,250, +2% increase.
- 9,148 single family homes were being actively listed for sale, a 10% decrease.
- The dollar volume of single family properties sold was 7% higher.
“This spur in activity compared to last year is a good sign,” said Jay Gohil, chairman of the Austin Board of Realtors. “It shows the Austin-area real estate market is healthy and has remained stable.”
