About Mark Pustka | Austin Commercial Real Estate Broker

Austin Texas commercial real estate site

My Approach to Austin Commercial Real Estate

As an Austin commercial real estate broker, I guide clients through one of the most exciting—and often complex—times in their business or investment journey. Whether buying or selling property, the process begins with listening carefully and understanding each client’s unique goals.

From there, I provide step-by-step guidance through every stage, including marketing the property, evaluating offers, negotiating terms, and successfully closing the transaction. My role is to make the process as seamless and informed as possible.

As a fiduciary, I am committed to acting in my clients’ best interests at all times. This means building trust through clear communication, timely service, and thoughtful advice.

My experience includes the sale and lease of land, office, retail, and industrial properties. With over 40 years in construction and real estate, I bring practical insight that helps clients make confident, well-informed decisions.

I am a Licensed Broker Associate with McAllister & Associates in Austin, Texas.
