Development Project Involvement

South Buda Business Park

70 Acre Office / Industrial Subdivision.

Due diligence work prior to purchase, managed regulatory approvals created Development Agreement with City of Buda and Subsequent User ordinance, managed the design and construction of an offsite wastewater line and lift station with a local MUD.  Created Deed Restrictions, and managed platting, site development.

Mizner Park

In Boca Raton, Florida, managed for Owners the construction of a redevelopment project which has been showcased in Guidebook to New Urbanism, and featured in Urban Land Institute conferences.

Village-at-Westlake

Village at Westlake

Retail Center at Bee Caves Rd and Loop 360.  Managed siteplanning, regulatory approvals, site and building design and site and building construction.

Georgetown Village

800 Acre, Residential, Master Planned Community.

Managed land purchase, lot takedowns, homebuilder contracts, platting, regulatory approvals, design guideline development and implementation, implementation of Public Improvement District, Managed Common Area improvements and maintenance, implemented and enforced Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions.

Crocker Center Office Tower

Six-story Class A office building and retail,with  hotel project introduced mixed use development to suburban Boca Raton.  This asset remains a ULI referenced project as an example of a successful mixed-use development.

W.R. Grace Tower

Built as a speculative corporate tower, this building was the magnet for W.R. Grace & Co.’s corporate headquarters relocation from New York City and more recently served as headquarters for Tyco International.

Hays-Commerce-Center

Hays Commerce Center

Identified and represented the purchasers in the acquisition of the 100-acre parcel. Was involved in the early planning of the Industrial Park, working for one of the development partners, Randy Rehmann.

Office Depot Corporate Headquarters

As corporate headquarters for Office Depot since 1991, this building within the Arbors Office Park provided the setting for the company’s fast-growing operations.
